Lezingen bevatten allerlei onderwerpen die in de topsport dus ook in het betaalde voetbal relevant zijn. Ze worden verzorgd door zowel sportpersoonlijkheden als wetenschappers. Zo kunnen we een reëel beeld van de theorie en de praktijk scheppen. De onderwerpen zijn:

• beleids- en managementtheorieën op terrein van sport en   bewegen, strategisch  management, visieontwikkeling, implementatie, interventie, kwaliteitszorg en evaluatie;
• de pedagogische betekenis van bewegingscultuur;
• verwerven van vaardigheden in het systematisch analyseren van beleidsnota’s over (jeugd)sport en bewegen;
• Kwalitatief beleidsonderzoek kunnen doen en het kunnen schrijven van beleids teksten; het kunnen afnemen van audits in sportorganisaties.

Themabijeenkomsten die zullen zeer praktisch van aard zijn. Daarin zal de praktijk rond het betaalde voetbal aan de orde komen. Waarden en normen, jeugdgerichtheid, kwaliteit en professionaliteit zullen daarbij de boventoon voeren.
